Client Administrator


1st stage interviews commencing next week


Basic salary:  £23,500 - £27,000 (depending on experience)


Based: Woking (3 office / 2 remote once fully trained and home working qualified) or 5 days in office if preferred


Monday to Friday


5 min walk from Woking Train Station


Health & Medical Insurance, 23 days +banks holidays (rises to 27 max)

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Chartered Financial Planners practice, joining 6 others in the administration team.  They work under a very supportive Manager, who enjoys personally encouraging each one to achieve and exceed personal goals, including financially supporting them towards professional qualifications – allowing them to expand their roles and knowledge further into Paraplanning status.


The client is keen to receive applications from new/recent graduates who want to launch their career within the financial services arena, or from those with general administrative experience, ideally within a more technical/regulated industry, who are keen to move across and continue their professional development within the financial services industry.


Desirable attributes: 



  • First class communication skills (both written and spoken)

  • Highly conscientious, well organised and have a keen eye for detail.

  • Confident working on your own tasks, and happy to contribute and input to the wider team to overcome deadlines or queries that might arise.

  • Highly IT literate proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and TEAMs.


One more thing to consider, as a company they are keen to get involved in supporting local and national charities each year - from cake bake-offs to quizzes to more physical activities for those who like them… previously did Woking to Paris Bike Ride, a very very long trek (Managers words not mine) and they’re considering the 3 Peaks Challenge at the moment!
