We are very happy to be able to offer opportunities based in the local area, working for a leading brand name.
These roles are great opportunities to work in a varied customer service role, where no two days are the same, whilst offering you rare chance to build your skill set – these are not your typical customer service positions.
We need individuals that are resilient, confident communicators, self-motivated and above all keen to learn.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all business clients, communicating via the phone, email and in-house portal. Good spoken and written grammar is a must.
In return you will receive ongoing training, whilst working in a large and friendly department.
The Finer Points:
- The start date for these positions is the 1st July 2024
- The roles are being offered on a temp to perm basis
- Hourly rate to reflect a salary of £24k - £25k
The Individual:

- IT savvy and confident to learn new systems
- Someone who wants to work as part of a team, assisting the department with their deadlines
