As a Customer Service Executive, you'll engage with customers to ensure seamless service delivery. You'll also undertake diverse administrative responsibilities.

As a Customer Service Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with customer service teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Liaising with third parties to facilitate requests
- Managing customer enquiries and complaints
- Assisting with inventory management
- Supporting priority tasks
- Upholding the company's commitment to exceptional customer service
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with technology
- Problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivation and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
£20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
