Trainee Claims Handler
We have an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in a company that offers extensive training and support with a clear career path.
Working in the claims team of this recognised insurance company you will be allocated a small number of claims to start building your own portfolio. You will be trained to investigate, negotiate and settle claims.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Paying £21,000 initially, you will then have 4 monthly performance reviews with a salary increase to follow.

Duties will include:
- Liaising with closely with customers and third parties via email and telephone.
- Working within the team to ensure that all claims are settled within appropriate time scales.
- Maintaining the system and records for each claim.
- Working closely with team members to ensure overall team success.
Ideal candidate will:
- Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong long-lasting client relationships
- Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Keen on Self-development with the willingness and want to learn
- Good computer, literacy and numeracy skills
- Office experience and use of a telephone in a professional setting is desirable but not essential.
