Your Role:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring top-notch service


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners


• Manage and resolve service cases efficiently

• Gain expertise in small & medium business IT solutions (Microsoft Windows, Office 365, networking, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a service role (not necessarily IT)


• Strong communication skills


• Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
