- Description
We are excited to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity with our local client, as they’re looking individuals to join their Customer Service team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all customers and ensure a high level of service at all times.
- Assisting with queries, you will update the in-house systems
- Send out required documentation
- Liaising with other departments within the business
- Above all provide a first-class service
We are looking for individuals from all levels and backgrounds, but this role is based in the office five days a week, so you will need to be able to commute easily.
