Lloyd Recruitment Services is excited to present a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in search of an experienced Admin Manager to join their team.
You will be part of an exciting and fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to up-and-coming technologies.
About the Role:
As an Admin Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in providing administrative leadership to a busy department comprised of three technical teams. Collaborating closely with the Management Team, you'll ensure that both administrative and operational needs are met efficiently.

- Outskirts of Sevenoaks (must be driver due to location)

Responsibilities Include:
- Providing administrative support to streamline departmental processes and workflows
- Overseeing resource coordination requirements, including scheduling tickets, coordination site days, and allocating resources between teams
- Offering assistance to the Support Services management team as needed
- Managing and supporting the function during peak periods
- Conducting one-on-one meetings and setting goals for a small admin team
- Assisting various teams with administrative tasks based on operational demands
Core Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in a commercial administrative role within a client-led industry
- A meticulous, process-driven approach with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with senior management, clients, and colleagues
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling and coordination, including managing teams and setting objectives
