Lloyd Recruitment Services have teamed up with a well-established company in East Grinstead who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a fulltime permanent basis! This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Accounts Assistant to become an integral part of their growing business.

- Salary: £30,000 per year
- Monday to Friday role, 9am – 5:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Accounts Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of managing day-to-day account transactions for a range of clients. As the Accounts Assistant, you will have exceptional organisational skills, proactive mindset, and keen attention to detail.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Process and maintain purchase and sales ledgers
- Handle supplier and customer payments efficiently
- Bank account reconciliation
- Make timely submissions to HMRC for VAT and PAYE/NI, as well as to Companies House for confirmation statements
- Provide up-to-date and insightful management/account reports
- Liaise seamlessly with clients' accountants for year-end submissions
- Providing payroll support as required
- Familiarity with key accounts, and SAGE payroll is advantageous but not essential
