£26 – 30k pro rata
25 - 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday
A newly created position, working for a growing business based in the local area.
Providing full support to the whole office and team, you will need to be highly organised, proactive, a confident communicator and fully IT proficient.
As a key support function, and aside from general office duties, your responsibilities will also include managing facility related tasks such as handling deliveries, keeping well stocked mini fridges and fruit bowls, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the office space.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for varied role, where no two days are the same and will give you the chance to really make the position your own.
Main Responsibilities:
Providing full administrative support to the team
General upkeep & tidiness of office
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Booking of travel and accommodation for company events
Maintaining & updating the CRM system
Organising quarterly team building activities
Assisting with ad-hoc Marketing activities and organising merchandise for events
Answering phone and email queries when necessary
Organising client anniversary and Christmas gifts
Assisting with onboarding new clients, including, drafting client agreements, setting up client direct debit details and managing the provisioning and new customer contact points
Key Skills:
IT proficient
Enthusiastic, out-going & friendly personality
Strong attention to detail
Proven administrative experience
Ability to work in small, friendly but professional office space
Values the importance of a customer service
