Expanding specialist auto group in Redhill are looking for a new technician to join them asap.
It’s a mixture of traditional tech work, but also some specialist diagnostics works – full training given, as it’s quite unique.
You’ll be working in a mixed abilities team from trainees to owner, and you’ll be happy to provide guidance as/when necessary to less experienced colleagues.
The current starting salary is up to £30,000 however once fully up to speed/trained on their specialist systems, you could have your salary increased by upto 50%.
Main areas:
To carry out diagnosis and repairs in the required time frame.
Recording vehicles diagnosis, repairs and time spent using internal database for billing.
Communicate work required and advise of timings, repair and cost to colleagues in team and office.
Ensure parts used are re-ordered/re-plenished to avoid low stock levels happening.
Compliance with workshop Health & Safety.
Liaise with office to coordinate and prioritise customer repairs and any delays in plenty of time.
