£11.50 p/hour
Weekly pay and paid holiday as well.
We need to find new customer service people to join a busy team at our client.
There is a really good training programme, and once completed, you’ll be responding to incoming enquiries (phone, emails and on-line chat) as well as some admin tasks.
You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, happy liaising and communicating with customers as well as other colleagues, to gain answers to queries.
They use their own in-house IT systems and databases, but Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are used as well.
These roles are immediately available, and we can get a quick turnaround from interview to start, so if you’re looking for a role that will be varied and interesting, as well as money coming in quickly – this could be the role for you.
