- We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our client, who are a multi-award-winning business, based in London.
Working in a fast-paced environment, this role will see you being the middleman between borrowers and lenders, helping individuals and businesses secure mortgage loans and gaining as much new business as possible.
Duties will include:
Acquiring new clients and assessing their needs according to their financial information.
Analysing and comparing different home loan options available to the client.
Negotiating with banks and credit lenders to find the best loan solution for your clients.
Educating clients on their legal and financial options and ensuring that they understand them.
Acting as a go-between for lenders and borrowers in need of mortgage loans.

Paying £25,000 + 25% Commission!
(Higher base salary can be offered for a lower commission split if needed)
The ideal candidate will:
Excellent sales and negotiation skills as well as strong customer service skills
Ability to juggle many things at once but still work to tight deadlines.
Familiarity with banking and financial legislation and regulations as well as being up to date on market trends
Ability to build trust with clients, lenders, and estate agencies
Please note to be considered you must have previous experience working as a Mortgage Broker OR have worked in a fast paced sales role within Financial Services.
