- Description
- We are looking for an experienced mortgage paraplanner to join our client, who are an industryrenownedmortgage brokerage, based in London.
This role will see you working closely with clients to manage their expectations throughout the whole application process. You will be responsible for ensuring you have all required documentation for both compliance purposes and for the respective Lender.
Duties will include:
Preparing for client meetings and producing all required compliance documentation
Completing online Agreement in Principle’s and Mortgage Applications
Completing Life Insurance Applications for Providers
Ensuring that both the Fact Find and Medical Questionnaire are correctly filled in
Pro-actively liaising with clients to request documentation, checking the documentation that is provided is correct and compliant
Managing the mortgage application process through to completion.
Fully utilise back-office systems to ensure client records are up to date and accurate
Maintain excellent working knowledge of providers’ systems and requirements
Paying £25,000 to £30,000 DOE
The ideal candidate will:
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
Be confident, resourceful and proactive
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Please note to be considered you must have previous mortgage paraplanner experience, or a proven background in mortgage administrator looking to take that next step up.
