We are looking for confident individuals to work for our client based in Wallington.
This role will see you speaking to people who are in urgent need of assistance or guidance and acting quickly to help them.
This is a fast-paced role where you will need to be able to remain calm while thinking on your feet. You will need to be able to listen confidently to calls while taking down in-depth details to pass on to relevant departments.
Helpline Advisor's work a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern, with the following repeating shift times:
7am to 7pm
8am to 8pm
2pm till midnight
And 9pm till 7am
Please note you must be able to commit to ALL shift times and you will be based onsite in the contact centre.

To be considered, you will:
Have previous experience in a call centre or working with vulnerable people.
Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
Ability to retain information and record to a high level.
Have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
