Description
IT Support Engineer

 



  • Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer?


  • Do you have a minimum of 2 years of Webhosting experience?


 

If you’re keen to join a well-established company, based within the technology industry, and have the above experience – apply now.

 

Based in their IT team, you will provide internal technical support to several sites across the business.

 

Duties:



  • Provide technical guidance and support to managers, marketers and webapps team


  • Web/WAS software installation, configuration & change management


  • Release/Update program and build process to production and troubleshoot-out


  • Manage websites information and generate periodic reports


 

Essential Skills:



  • Windows OS


  • IIS, .NET, PHP, MS-SQL


  • Devops


  • Networking - Firewalls/Routers/Switches


  • Backup Experience


  • Cloud certifications


  • Minimum 2 years of Webhosting experience


 

 

Please note: you must hold a full driving license and have own car for possible Emergency call outs
