 About the Role:
 
 As the HR and Recruitment Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment function of a leading global business. This position emphasises hands-on involvement in global recruitment and onboarding processes, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth in an international setting.
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 Hands-on involvement in various aspects of recruitment administration, including job postings and interview/meeting arrangements
 Actively participate in candidate sourcing using various methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, and agency liaison
 Directly contribute to the implementation and effectiveness of the applicant tracking system
 Conduct hands-on screening of candidates through CV and phone screening
 Oversee the monthly reporting process and administer company screening tools
 Manage contract and offer letter administration on a broader scale
 Handle new joiner files and actively contribute to the organisation of inductions and onboarding plans
 Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates during their induction process
 Participate in job fairs and career events, actively contributing to global recruitment projects
 Ensure effective communication and provide a best-in-class service for candidates and managers throughout the recruitment process
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 Strong hands-on administration experience, particularly in recruitment processes
 Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with databases
 Proven experience in hands-on candidate sourcing and managing the recruitment process
 Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
 Highly organised, energetic, and comfortable working in a high-ambiguity environment
 Proactive with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
 Ability to plan effectively, adapt to change, and identify hands-on opportunities for improvement
