- Lloyd Recruitment is delighted to collaborate with an award-winning luxury goods manufacturer located on the outskirts of Uckfield who are currently seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join their dynamic team.
As an integral part of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in overseeing business operations and achieving organisational goals. This position involves providing HR support and coordinating daily activities within both our engineering and office environments.

Key duties:
Collaborate with leadership in recruiting, disciplining, and onboarding team members
Foster and maintain a positive work culture by addressing staff issues and concerns
Contribute creative solutions to advance the company's growth
Manage day-to-day HR paperwork efficiently
Collaborate on planning daily and weekly activities for departments
Enforce processes and procedures for efficient production and safe company operations
Handle daily filing and administrative tasks
Upload job vacancies on portals, schedule candidates for interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes
Collaborate with leadership to ensure teams are up to date with requisite training
Continuously seek to improve and expand our knowledge base to bring new ideas for the company's growth
Participate in ongoing in-house and external training for professional development
Identify key areas where training could be relevant for other team members
Job Requirements/Education and Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
HR experience: CIPD Level 3 is an advantage
Empathetic personality with an ability to get things done
Critical thinking skills with an adaptable and resilient nature
Ability to think independently and maintain confidentiality
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be driver due to location
Positive, motivated, and enthusiastic approach
Attention to detail and ability to work within a team
