Working arrangement: Redhill office: Tue/Wed/Thur and Home based: Mon/Fri (9-5.30pm)
Duration: 3 months initially
Rate: £350-£400 p/day

Shortlisting is soon to commence for an experienced HRBP with international experience for a 3-6 month contract (Ltd or PAYE) with part-week working from their office near Redhill
This opportunity is available immediately and sign off has also been granted for it on a permanent basis.
You'll be managing activities for their UK & German based Engineering and Industrial divisions, with approx. 80% being within the software design and networking areas.
With an ER specialist in the team, you’ll be able to concentrate your focus on their Organisation and Design, Talent Acquisition and Management areas.
Ultimately, you’ll be someone with the experience to guide their Managers forward, gain an understanding of the individual and team needs, but also the wider business and how they collaborate.
Key matches:
SHRM or CIPD qualification
HR partnering or generalist experience within IT, Engineering or Service Business
Previous experience of applying appropriate applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
Excellent verbal and written skills - able to communicate at all levels with in the business
Happy to travel/visit German site as required
Workday experience alongside Microsoft applications
German language and business culture exposure
