- Agile Business Analyst
Our client, a recognised brand name within their industry, are looking for a confident and experienced Agile Business Analyst.
This role will see you supporting the business to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritised and delivered in a timely fashion. You will do this by:
Working closely with the development team to understand the initial requirement of the project, the scope of the project, and also identify automation areas of the project.
Holding discussions with stakeholders to understand their requirements and their vision for the development and translating into business needs.
Communicating these needs to the team members to make them understand the expectations of the project.
Assist the business users establish user stories from the requirement models created during business analysis.
Maintain the product backlog so that it does not become a burden on the business users and the development team.
Overall helping the team to get a better grasp of the project and where it fits within the organisational strategy.
We are targeting individuals who have gained their background from working in a regulated environment, and have the below skills:
Analytical and objective thinker with experience in data analysis and mapping.
A natural facilitator and decision-maker, enabling teamwork across different business teams.
Strong familiarity with various Agile and Scrum elements, including Agile planning and Agile project management with Scrum.
Prince2 or AGILE qualification
Currently OR has previously worked as a Business Analyst, with experience of Agile and Agile tools, such as Microsoft Dev Ops.
