- Description
- We are seeking a Manager to join our client, who are a recognised brand name within their industry.
 
 We are targeting individuals who have gained their background from working in a regulated environment, with experience in the following areas:
 
 Experience of bringing external teams / departments in-house, managing the full project function
 Proven experience of motivating and leading a team
 Able to work and manage change / change projects
 Recognising and implement on improvements
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You will manage a team of seventeen and ensure that the department is focused on providing the best customer service and digital journey for all customers and clients.
 
 Duties:
 
 Managing the operations area to deliver quality service in an efficient and cost effect manner
 Challenge ways of working to ensure policies and procedures add value and where required are undertaken in the most effective way
 Confidently identify and deliver departmental changes and developments
 Working closely with the Claim’s Director to bring all customer service in house
 Liaising with Counter-Fraud Intelligence Analyst to devise strategies & increase overall awareness
 Optimising capability for customers to fully transact online
 Planning & organisation of project delivery self-training & development
 Ensuring that Consumer Duty is fully adhered to at all times
