Description
Lloyd Recruitment Service's are pleased to be working with a thriving business based in Manor Royal, in Crawley, who are seeking an experienced Planning Administrator to join their well-established team on a full-time permanent basis.



As the main point of contact between the customers, account managers, and engineers, you will play a pivotal role in this dynamic and diverse position. This role will suit individuals who thrive in administrative and customer-focused environments. The role also requires strong diary management and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.



Salary and benefits:

 



  • Salary £24,500 per annum


  • Monday to Friday


  • 28 days a year to include bank holidays


  • Free onsite parking


  • Centrally located in Manor Royal, with easy access to public transport

Duties of the Planning Administrator:

 



  • First point of contact for inbound calls and emails, responding to customers in a timely manner


  • Coordinating and scheduling assignments for the engineering team, ensuring works have been completed within set time frames


  • Managing and communicating any updates or delays with the customer and the engineering team


  • Processing sales orders and generating quotes, following up on quotes and responding to any enquiries


  • Generating invoices and creating documentation specific to the works carried out


  • Providing administration and office support to the sales and engineering teams


 

Experience/ key skills:

 



  • Proficient in diary management


  • Effective time management and organisational skills


  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities


  • Team-oriented work approach


  • Meticulous attention to detail


  • Familiarity with the construction or trade industry (desirable)
