- Lloyd Recruitment Service's are pleased to be working with a thriving business based in Manor Royal, in Crawley, who are seeking an experienced Planning Administrator to join their well-established team on a full-time permanent basis.
As the main point of contact between the customers, account managers, and engineers, you will play a pivotal role in this dynamic and diverse position. This role will suit individuals who thrive in administrative and customer-focused environments. The role also requires strong diary management and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary and benefits:
Salary £24,500 per annum
Monday to Friday
28 days a year to include bank holidays
Free onsite parking
Centrally located in Manor Royal, with easy access to public transport

Duties of the Planning Administrator:
First point of contact for inbound calls and emails, responding to customers in a timely manner
Coordinating and scheduling assignments for the engineering team, ensuring works have been completed within set time frames
Managing and communicating any updates or delays with the customer and the engineering team
Processing sales orders and generating quotes, following up on quotes and responding to any enquiries
Generating invoices and creating documentation specific to the works carried out
Providing administration and office support to the sales and engineering teams
Experience/ key skills:
Proficient in diary management
Effective time management and organisational skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Team-oriented work approach
Meticulous attention to detail
Familiarity with the construction or trade industry (desirable)
