Junior Procurement Officer
£30,000 to £35,000
Responsible for processing in the ERP system (SAP)
Processing for suppliers’ invoice payments and completion of low value transactional procurement work
Contacting suppliers to resolve procurement related issues
Managing new vendor registration process
CIPS level 3 Advanced Certificate holder (or working towards).
Procurement Officer/Professional
£35,000 to £40,000
Communicate with external partners for the supply of products and services
Issuing RFx, reviewing suppliers’ quotations, selecting suppliers, and negotiating procurement contracts.
ERP system processing for completion of procurement activities in the
system
Supplier RFx initiation, execution, and management
Supplier spend management and contract finalisation
Post-supplier contract management
Supplier performance/relationship management
Weekly report on key procurement projects to procurement Head of Group
CIPS level 3 Advanced Certificate / Level 4 Diploma Certificate
