- Our client, a recognised brand within Insurance, is looking for an experienced Manager to join their growing business. Due to the nature of the industry, we are looking for someone who has gained their experience from working in a regulated environment i.e. Insurance or Financial Services.
The main objective of this role will be to minimise expense and operational risk by planning to insource all customer contacts having optimised the digital journey. You will manage a team of fifteen agents and two team leaders and ensure the department delivers excellent and efficient customer service across all platforms.

Duties:
Managing the operations area to deliver quality service in an efficient and cost effect manner.
Challenge ways of working to ensure policies and procedures add value and where required are undertaken in the most effective way.
Confidently identify and deliver departmental changes and developments.
Working closely with the Claim’s Director to bring all customer service in house.
Liaising with Counter-Fraud Intelligence Analyst to devise strategies & increase overall awareness.
Optimising capability for customers to fully transact online.
Planning & organisation of project delivery self-training & development.
Ensuring that Consumer Duty is fully adhered to at all times.
Identifying risks and building and performing effective controls.
Ideal candidate will:
Must have previous experience insourcing colleagues and bringing departments inhouse.
Be a confident leader with strong people management skills and a proven ability to motivate employees.
Experience in leading and managing the delivery of outstanding service to customers within a team environment and have the ability to adapt to the different needs.
Have a strong understanding of FCA operational guidelines, preferably within a regulated environment.
Must have a strong understanding of underwriting and come from an Insurance or Financial Services background.
