Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services is currently collaborating with a leading Travel and Leisure organisation in the search for a highly skilled Senior Revenue Management and Pricing Analyst. This organisation, known for its commitment to excellence, is seeking an experienced professional to join their Commercial Accommodation team.



Senior Revenue Management and Pricing Analyst.

 



  • Salary £50k-£55k

  • East Grinstead, with Hybrid working pattern. Two days office and then rest WFH


 

Purpose of Job:

 

As a Senior Revenue Management and Pricing Analyst, you will report directly to the Senior Group Revenue & Systems Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to support pricing and revenue management strategies for the organisation's extensive portfolio. The key objective is to optimise revenue and contribute to the overall success of the company in the competitive Travel and Leisure industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 



  • Deliver budgeted revenue for a designated portfolio of accommodations


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise customer utilisation through effective price promotions


  • Ensure the availability and maintenance of relevant reports and tools for efficient revenue management


  • Forecast revenue performance and actively contribute to management reviews


  • Assist in enhancing the functionality of the Revenue Management system


  • Contribute to the development and improvement of pricing structures


 

Duties Include:

 



  • Implement effective yield management and pricing strategies to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction


  • Plan and execute promotions to stimulate demand, providing detailed performance reports


  • Manage pricing for accommodations across various channels


  • Base recommendations on sound commercial judgment through thorough analysis of performance metrics and industry trends


  • Monitor competitors’ performance and incorporate findings into strategic revenue management actions


  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments to enhance overall organisational performance


 

Core Skills and Experience:

 



  • Expert understanding of effective Yield and Revenue Management practices, and pricing principles


  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience as a Senior Revenue Management and Pricing Analyst (ideally within the Hospitality or Travel and Leisure industry)


  • Highly proficient in computer skills, particularly advanced Excel skills


  • Familiarity with Revenue Management Systems, pricing, and reporting technology systems


  • Ability to analyse large datasets, provide insights, and make strategic recommendations


  • Proactive, results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to drive positive change


  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude


  • Confidence to communicate and present effectively at all levels within the organisation


 

Additional Skills and Experience – Preferable:

 

Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS)

A degree in relevant fields such as Hospitality Management, Business Studies, or Economics
