We are looking for someone with:
Experience of diagnosing faults over the phone for clients experiencing problems linked to their telephone or connectivity areas.
Confident and clear communication skills
A keenness to problem solve
Happy to liaise with and/or pass over to more experienced colleagues to resolve issues – learning as you go more skills for the next call/client
Please be aware this is an office-based opportunity and will not be field based.
