- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a well-established Crawley based company, who are currently searching for an Operations Coordinator to join their small but busy team on a full-time basis.
You will be the initial point of contact for customers and the installation team. This is a diverse and dynamic role, ideal for someone who enjoys administrative and customer-oriented tasks. They are looking for someone with astute attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and scheduling installations, repairs, and warranty work
Managing the diary for the installation team and ensuring it is up to date
Processing sales orders
Responding to inbound calls and responding effectively to enquiries
Generating quotations
Preparing invoices and work specific documentation
Ensuring the installation team have the necessary daily paperwork
Providing general office support and administration
Completing data entry tasks to a high level of accuracy
Requirements:
Experience with diary management
Ability to manage time and organise workload effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work within a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of/exposure to the construction or trade industry advantageous
Sage 200 experience desirable (training will be provided)
