Do you have a solid background gained within a Contact/Call Centre or a similar environment where you have dealt with inbound or outbound calls?

Dealing with a longstanding customer base resolving queries and updating records whilst giving advice and help to customers
What you need:
Solid Customer Service telephone skills and experience ideally gained from a contact/call centre environment but a similar customer service environment will be considered
Professional telephone manner
Ability to put the customer first and offer a first-class experience
Previous experience in receiving high volumes of calls
