If so, then we may have the role for you.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our client based in Dorking as a Customer Service Agent.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Paying £20,000 - £22,000 + benefits and regular salary reviews
Duties will include:
Answering incoming calls and gaining as much information as possible
Writing a report with the information gathered and updating system accordingly
Being a friendly voice on the end of the phone and advising the best course of action.
Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Ideal candidate will:
Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner
Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong client relationships
Be self-motivated and target driven
Good computer, literacy and numeracy skills
