- Assistant Accountant
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to work with our client based in Redhill.
This is a permanent position starting in January 2024.
Hours: 9 am to 5 pm, with one hour for lunch. Monday – Friday, based in the office.
Pay: £30,000 - £32,500 DOE
Duties will include:
Preparation of sole trader, partnership and residents’ management company accounts
Preparation of limited company accounts
Preparation of personal tax returns
Preparation of VAT returns
Ideal candidate will:
Must have experience using IRIS accounting software to be considered.
Good knowledge of Xero, Sage 50 accounts, QuickBooks and Excel.
Good communication skills and a good command of English (both written and verbal)
Be AAT qualified OR have experience in preparing accounts for companies under FRS1021A and FRS 105 and have personal and corporation tax experience.
