- Description
- We are looking for a confident and target driven individual with a background in sales who wants to enter the world of recruitment.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 6pm.
Paying £21,000 - £25,000 + Commission

What will you be doing?
Actively headhunting high-level candidates for clients and develop a strong pipeline of eligible candidates for future positions.
Identify new opportunities through research and knowledge of the market.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
Preparing candidates for each stage in the recruitment process, ranging from 1st stage interviews right to offer stage.
Networking to build business that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
The individual:
Be ambitious and competitive, with the want to learn and progress within the company
Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong client relationships
Previous experience in sales is a must
