- Description
- Our client is looking for 2 individuals to join their customer service department in Ipswich, where you will provide a top-level service to customers.

Monday to Friday - there are no weekends or bank holidays

The Role:
Answering incoming calls from customers, handling queries relating to agreements and products
Making outbound calls to discuss any payment queries and updating accounts
Responding to online chat
The Individual:
Previous telephony customer service experience
A polite, friendly and professional telephone manner
Customer focused
