- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading company in East Grinstead who are currently seeking a part time Digital Marketing Manager to join their marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our clients’ digital platforms. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional user experience across company’s product offerings and drive commercial success for the organisation.

Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement the digital strategy
Communicate product improvements and insights to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Develop and maintain the digital roadmap
Optimise our websites through A/B testing, heat mapping, and user testing
Manage external marketing agencies and ensure all activities are delivered on time and within budget
Monitor and manage the performance of our digital platforms, including website CMS platforms, Google 360 stack, AI platform, and website behaviour analytics tools
Provide technical and creative solutions to support marketing initiatives
Implement tracking and reporting for marketing campaigns, based on attributes such as channel and audience segments
Manage project workflows from planning through deployment, tracking workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget across multiple development sprints
Serve as the go-to person for digital-related support inquiries, aimed at developing and enhancing digital processes for internal teams
Ensure the organisation's digital platforms adhere to relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, including GDPR legislation
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with processing invoices and good receipts
Perform any other duties as requested by the Digital Marketing Manager
Requirements:
Ideally you will have product marketing experience
Strong understanding of UX and online user behaviour
Experience in web/app project delivery
Knowledge of Google Analytics (essential)
Experience with A/B testing and user behaviour measurement tools is a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Effective time management
Salary £40k pro rata
