Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
We are working with an established local business, that due to continuous growth, are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
As the Administrator your role will revolve around managing orders for their dropship customers, ensuring efficient communication with customers and end consumers to resolve delivery issues, and maintaining customer portals.
You'll also assist in various administrative tasks, including liaising with internal and external teams to ensure timely deliveries, handling accounts, and staying on top of day-to-day responsibilities.
The ideal individual will possess:
Strong experience from an administration, order processing, customer service or operations background
Impeccable telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills
IT proficient (working knowledge of Excel)
