Temporary Contract: 3 months initially
Are you a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner?
We're looking for a Receptionist / Call Handler, to join our client within their Health and Benefits team.
You will be:
Handling enquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
Scheduling appointments for claimants into nurses' diaries (no cold calling involved)
Utilising Microsoft Office skills to efficiently manage any administrative tasks
