- Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motived Account Executive to join a reputable organisation based in East Grinstead. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established business that are experts in what they do.
The role
As the Account Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Account Manager to ensure the smooth and punctual delivery of all tasks and projects. There will also be opportunities to engage with the Marketing Manager on various aspects, including social media, website management, events, and collateral.
What in it for you?
Salary of £24,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm (Fridays until 5 pm)
Annual leave + bank holidays on top with holiday allowance increasing +1 day for each additional year of service (up to 5 x extra days)
Birthday off should your special day fall on a weekday

Key responsibilities
Assist in organising roadshows, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth delivery to clients
Manage webinar scheduling, update collateral, provide technical support, and ensure seamless delivery
Represent the business at roadshows and events as required
Aid the Marketing Manager with content creation, social media, research, and event support
Assist the BDM with mailouts, flyers, and outreach for new business
Prepare for team meetings and presentations
Directly manage a portfolio of business accounts
Prepare Management Information for clients and benefit providers
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
Ensure clients receive marketing materials, products, and services promptly
Required skills:
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to create custom documents
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Keen attention to detail
Commercial awareness and numerical skills
Confidence in client meetings and a highly professional demeanour
Commercially minded and strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Adaptability and a positive team player attitude
Desired (but not essential):
Experience managing a diverse client portfolio
Previous account management experience
Exposure to a commercial environment
Ability to lead and motivate a small team is a plus
