Due to a revamp of the Commercial Training team and positive new directions they are adopting, our client is looking for someone to take the lead on the creation, development, and implementation of their training activities, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing the Customer Experience journey.
Ultimately your job will be to create engaging training programmes across the brand, customer, sales, aftercare, and retention areas.
You’ll be engaging with internal and external contacts and business partners, gaining positive and negative feedback, and then researching, identifying, and pinpointing areas of development and improvement.
Their training programmes will be conducted in person as well as digitally - live and video based.
Occasionally you’ll be required to visit other offices/sites within the group, but principally this will be an office-based role.

Salary and Benefits Package:
£55-60,000
Office location: Leatherhead (Junction 9 M25)
