£31-33,000, Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm, on-site and local parking available
Would you be happy working as a member of a small finance team for a friendly and established business in Chessington.?
Keen to assist in all aspects of the company finance and administration, with particular reference to process and code financial transactions including: invoices, expenses and daily banking
Key areas
Apply correct VAT treatment in straightforward company scenarios
Assist with credit control and invoice queries
Prepare bi-weekly payment run for approval by Financial Controller
Produce data for statutory returns and maintain associated accreditations
Support internal process audits and production of KPIs
Assist with administration of company mobiles, vehicles and energy contracts
Support Financial Controller in preparation for year-end statutory audit
Person specification
Proactive and forward looking, with good communication and a positive attitude; can run with an idea and suggest and implement basic changes
Solid foundation in accounting knowledge including basic VAT
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Good IT abilities (especially Word and Excel; experience of SAP Business One a big advantage)
Please be aware, this is 5 days a week in the office based, there are NO opportunities to work from home.
