Type: Permanent – Part Time
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Redhill
Hourly Rate: £20 – £25 per hour (dependent on experience)
We are seeking a professional and experienced Part Time Payroll Manager, to join our client’s team in Redhill.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 35 clients.
Main Responsibilities:
Answering client queries
Inputting payroll data into Sage 50 and QuickBooks
Handling BACS payments and updating PAYE coding notices
Managing various aspects of payroll, including incentives, bonuses, and statutory sick pay calculations
You will also administer pension contributions, auto-enrolment, and ensure Tax Year-End procedures are executed, including P60 and P11D
Setting up new employees and managing employee changes as required
Your Experience:
Experience in a payroll position, ideally with client-facing responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, problem-solve, and exhibit operational and strategic skills
Proven organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality
Proficiency with payroll software, particularly Sage and QuickBooks
