What will you be doing:
These are reactive customer service-based positions, and your daily duties will include communicating with customers and suppliers over the phone and via email, answering queries on their orders, chasing up with colleagues in stock team, updating if any delays or alternatives can be considered.
What we’re looking for:
Someone who likes chatting to people – possibly from a catering, retail or hospitality background have been good fits before.
People keen to learn new skills, and looking forward to a new career in a new setting.
Full training available for someone to take a first step into an office-based role, and guidance for those who have some office based customer services experience already.
The future:
Genuine career progression opportunity - previous team members have moved into training and development, and account manager roles.
