- Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to collaborate with a leading company in the search for a part-time Sales Support professional to join their dynamic team. Located in the heart of East Grinstead, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of established team with the flexibility of part time hours that works around your schedule.
As a part time Sales Support member, you will play a vital role in supporting the teams’ sales efforts, including:
Providing administrative support as needed across the team
Responding to inbound customer enquires via telephone and email
Follow up on customer enquiries and discuss content release options
Upsell product offerings where possible to increase sales revenue
Uploading content releases and providing sales support
Engaging with clients through telephone and email communication
Updating information from catalogues and identifying new content leads
Collaborating with the sales teams as required and attending meetings
Maintaining the database with accuracy and diligence
Confirming client details prior to release and sending order acknowledgments
Personal specification for the part time Sales Support role:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident with communication with clients and upselling product offerings
Enjoys working towards KPI’s and potential to earn commission
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
Previous experience in sales support or a similar role is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software tools and databases
Enthusiasm for the media industry and a willingness to learn

9:00am - 1:00pm, Monday to Friday however can be worked across 4 days
21 - 23 hours per week
