- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading employer in the East Grinstead area who are seeking who is in search of an Operations Administrator to join their team on a Fixed-Term Contract.
In this role, you will work within the Operations Team, supporting various administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include coordinating tasks, updating information, and providing support to the team. During peak seasons, you will also assist with customer communications in collaboration with the Resolutions Team.

Principal Accountabilities:
Responsible for delegated coordination tasks, such as suppliers, databases, and providing additional assistance and support for ad hoc tasks/projects
Update operational information and process/policy documents as needed
Become familiar with different aspects of the team's operations, which may require visits or overnight stays
Support specific programs or initiatives within the Customer Operations department
Support the team with various supply-related tasks
Take ownership of personal development, learning, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems necessary to carry out the role
Provide support to various systems, including data entry and maintenance
Assist with bookings or reservations, liaising with other departments as needed
Communicate with team members to ensure information is shared in a timely manner
Support data loading and verification as required, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data
Support the Resolutions Team in monitoring emails and inquiries
Log feedback and issues using the designated database
Acknowledge, investigate, and respond to customer concerns within established guidelines
Complete any ad hoc duties as required
The post holder will work as part of a team and have the ability to manage their workload across multiple areas of the Customer Operations team, providing regular updates on their progress to the Team Manager. The post holder should exhibit excellent organisational and communication skills
Essential:
The role may require occasional travel to various locations or events as required, including overnight stays
GCSE grade A-C or equivalent/higher in Maths & English
Proven relevant experience in an administrative or operational role
Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment
Demonstrated experience of working within a team
Proven history of working flexibly and to deadlines
Experience of working with remote locations
