We are in search of a Sales Manager who shares a passion for driving results and helping teams exceed their sales targets.
What we're looking for:
10-15 years’ experience within a similar role and a solution selling environment.
An experienced sales leader with a natural coaching style, committed to bringing out the best in sales professionals.
Exceptional communication skills, enabling the effortless development of meaningful relationships.
Adept at coaching and motivating sales teams to achieve their metrics and goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a diverse team with varying levels of experience to secure clients and drive the end-to-end sales pipeline.
Providing coaching and leadership to a sales team of 20 individuals, conducting regular mentoring sessions to foster growth.
Drawing upon your extensive experiences to motivate and inspire the team to perform at their best.
