- Lloyd Recruitment Services have partnered with a leading technology company who are in search of an experience Procurement Executive to join their growing team in based on the outskirts of Sevenoaks.
About the Role:
As the Procurement Executive, you will identify and promote hardware requirements, subject to customer specifications and industry trends. You will advise on hardware requirements, addressing customer enquiries and orders promptly and professionally. This role requires you to collaborate closely with management and the sales team to ensure procurement sales targets and objects are consistently achieved.
The Procurement Executive will procure and manage all licences, e.g., Office 365, to support the operational needs of the business and its customers.

Responsibilities:
You will demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 licencing when advising customers
Manage all internal and external hardware stock control systems including the management of deliveries and stock inventories in line with company stock procedures
Build and maintain effective business relationships with suppliers and work within the framework of approved vendors, distributors, and suppliers
Update service tickets as necessary to ensure swift communication with internal colleagues across the business
Required skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 licencing, with the ability to advise customers
Demonstrable experience in a commercial, client-led industry
A proven awareness of IT, in a technical or customer-facing capacity
Experience sourcing and purchasing products to support operational needs of a business
Proven ability to manage and oversee stock management procedures
Previous sales experience
A logical, methodical approach to the task at hand
A willingness to learn and teach
Excellent documentation and communication skills
High standards of customer service
A personable nature
A keen level of attention to detail
A history of being a proven self-starter
Desirable skills:
CIPS Level 3 qualified or above
MSP experience
