- Our client, an independent and privately-owned financial planning business, are looking for an individual looking to start their career in financial services and would like to join our established administration team.
We are looking for someone who naturally enjoys meeting and greeting clients and is confident with dealing with clients via telephone and written communication.
The role will see you assisting the Senior Administrators with the day-to-day tasks required in a busy office. You will play a crucial part of the administration team and will eventually be required to work independently towards deadlines and organise your workload.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Up to £25,000 depending on experience.

Duties will include:
Open and distribute the post
Greeting visitors/clients to the office
Answering phone calls and passing on messages to the Admin and Advisers
Assisting with booking annual reviews with clients
Preparing client packs and valuations for annual reviews and ad-hoc meetings
Build relationships with the clients and assist with queries
Processing and managing letters of authority and chasing the providers for the information
Archiving files
Setting up internal meetings when requested by management
Assist with seminars preparation where required
Reporting to the Administration Manager or equivalent
Ideal candidate will:
Be organised, with a strong attention to detail.
Have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to respond to a wide variety of enquiries.
Be confident using all programmes such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience working in an administrative role would be beneficial
