- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading financial services company who are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help assist in attracting top talent to drive the company's success.
Job Description:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier candidates that align with the company's goals and culture. You will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels
Candidate Assessment: Screen and assess candidates through interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks
Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance during the recruitment process
Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through compelling job postings and representation at industry events
Compliance: Ensure compliance with recruitment and employment laws and regulations
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role with a successful track record of hiring top talent
Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
Familiarity with UK employment laws and regulations
A proactive and results-oriented mindset
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Equivalent experience in a similar field/role is also considered
