Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading financial services company who are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help assist in attracting top talent to drive the company's success.

 

Job Description:

 

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier candidates that align with the company's goals and culture. You will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

 



  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels


  • Candidate Assessment: Screen and assess candidates through interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks


  • Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates


  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance during the recruitment process


  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through compelling job postings and representation at industry events


  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with recruitment and employment laws and regulations


  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics


 

Qualifications:

 



  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role with a successful track record of hiring top talent


  • Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms


  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software


  • Familiarity with UK employment laws and regulations


  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset


 

Education:

 



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred


  • Equivalent experience in a similar field/role is also considered


 

£25k -£35k plus company bonus
