An exceptional and commercially minded Change Partner/Manager, with experience of working at cross functional, group and key stakeholder levels, is sought to become the go-to person for this internationally recognised group.
This is a key and pivotal appointment, as you’ll be working on a number of strategic organisational change and upper-level management projects, you’ll be a key player in how these will affect all business directions over the next 10 years.
With 5 companies within the wider group, this will be an internal it’ll be necessary to gain early insight into each of their concepts and cultures, how they impact on each other, who their key stakeholders are including MD’s, Directors and Senior Managers.
This role will pull upon your people and communication skills to their fullest. You’ll be guiding and working closely with Project Leads, ensuring that through targeted collaboration, influencing and coaching that they too are successful in achieving their goals.
Proven abilities to guide, influence, direct and lead across all stages of projects and individuals is a must, with the capability to adapt to each being paramount to gain the best outcome for all.
Your close partnering with all, will also enable you to convey the strategic ambitions, deliverables and priorities to deliver sustainable change throughout.
Ability to create highly visual, engaging content for a range of audiences will be paramount. You’ll also be confident and have the gravitas to deliver updates at group board level is a must, as well as attending monthly and transformation forum meetings.
Experience gained from a financial services or regulated environment is preferred and will be extremely beneficial to your application. We’d also love to see examples of your strategic project rollouts highlighted on your cv if you’re keen to proceed with this application.
