- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable business in Edenbridge who are currently in search of an Electrical and Mechanical Technician to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
 
 We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Mechanical / Electrical Technician to join the production team, reporting directly to the Production Manager.

 As an Electrical and Mechanical Technician you will have:
 
 
 Industrial electro-mechanical experience with suitable skills to transfer
 PLC knowledge an advantage
 Problem solving skills
 Good hands-on engineering skills: mechanical assembly, soldering, wiring would be an advantage
 Must be able to work on own initiative and work well within a team
 Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
 Good attention to detail
 Building, configuring, and testing the product range
 Working within the existing engineering team
 Adhering to the company’s quality standards
 Mechanical / electrical assembly
 Carrying out wiring and network set up
 Working from engineering drawings and specifications
 Flexible approach to adapt to changing needs of the company and customers
 Complete work order documentation in a timely manner
 Follow all safety policies and procedures
 Work with other departments as needed to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
 Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment when necessary
 Ability to read & interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
