So, if you’re looking for an analytical role that will combine both areas in one, please read on….
If successful, you’ll be working as part of a close IT team, you’ll involved in the software development processes, from designing, developing and executing test plans and cases as well as testing, and debugging code for software applications. Analysing user needs and designing solutions to meet their specific requirements moving forward.
Ideal areas you’ll be able to bring to the table include:
A degree or diploma in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
Experience with various testing tools and techniques, such as manual testing, automated testing, functional testing, performance testing, etc.
Ability to write clear and concise test plans, test scripts, and test reports
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
Communication and collaboration skills with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders
Extra info:
£50,000 – 60,000 (dependent upon experience)
Mon-Fri
Office based 5 days a week
9.00am-5.30pm
Pension scheme
22 days hols + bank holidays (rising in length with service)
