- Lloyd Recruitment Services is working with a leading, national digital entertainment store based in East Grinstead. They are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to come on board and join the team!

About You
You enjoy digital entertainment - have an interest in mobile phones, computers, gadgets, console gaming, music and DVDs
Enjoy giving excellent customer service at all times, ensuring that every customer leaves happy
Proactive, able to manage hands-on or from a distance, and know what it takes to guide others to achieve their goals and succeed
You have proven retail management experience, managing a small team
You have experience in a target driven environment
You would like to be part of and develop this award winning team
About the role
Day to day management of the store and staff , alongside the Store Manager
Managing and supporting the team
People development
Staff rotas
Stock control
Cashing up and financing
Help achieve store targets
Bring fresh ideas into the business
Creating a forward thinking and fun team
Making sure our customers have an excellent experience
Working hours 9.30 -5.30 (5 days out of 7 including weekends, however shifts can be very flexible and don’t necessarily include every weekend)
In order to qualify for the role, you will have proven retail experience or have worked in a customer facing environment, whilst also managing or mentoring staff.
