We are looking for friendly and confident individuals with a flair for providing excellent customer service to join busy contact centres based in the local area.
Maybe you have a background in customer service or even retail and are you looking for your next step in your career. We have jobs to suit all levels many with immediate start dates.
Paying £20,000 - £25,000k depending on experience.
Duties will include:
Answering high volume of inbound calls, dealing with customer queries and escalating to the correct team when needed.
Understand issues from customers perspective by asking questions and diving further to understand.
Liaise with customers and other departments to ensure all customer queries are resolved
Report directly to the line manager and work positively with all team members
Ideal candidate:
Have a positive and enthusiastic approach
Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manor
Computer literacy and numeracy skills
Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential
